Try it Out - P137

My love- Hate Relationship with Camping

There are two reasons I love camping and two reasons I hate camping. The first reason to love camping is living outdoors for few days refreshes my mind and renews my spirit. After I have spent a few days in nature, I feel free and happy. The second reason to love camping is camping brings my family closer together because everyone helps plan the trip, set up the campsite and prepare the meals. On other hand, sometimes I hate camping. The first reason I hate camping is I don’t sleep well. Also, I hate to sleep on the ground because the ground is hard. When I get up in the morning, I can hardly move. My back hurts, and my muscles ache. The second reason I hate camping is that we always forget something important. We forget to bring our tent. In last year we forgot to bring our tent, so we had to sleep in the open. I did not sleep at all because I am afraid on snakes and bugs. If I see a snake and bug, I am going to be frozen with fear. Why do I continue to go camping when I have such a love-hate relationship with it?

Soccer is truly the world’s most popular sport. Since the game began in England about 150 years ago, it has spread to every corner of the globe. Millions of people go to soccer stadiums to watch their favorite team while millions more watch on television. One reasons of soccer’s popularity may be it economy and simplicity. Anyone can afford to play because it doesn’t require expensive equipment and has simple rules. Soccer is the number one sport in most of the world. It isn’t the most popular sport in North America. Ice hockey is the favorite in Canada, and American football is the favorite in United States. However, soccer is gaining new players and fans in those countries too.

Reasons Not Own a Hummer
There are at least two reasons for not buying the huge, military-type vehicle called a Hammer. First of all, Hummers are big gas hogs. For example, the H2 model gets less than 10 miles gallon of gas. When gas costs $3 per gallon, it costs $100 to fill up a Hummer’s big gas tank. The second reason; Hummers are bad for the environment. In one year, a Hummer gives of 24,000 pounds of carbon dioxide, which is two to three times more than average cars give off. The U.S. government’s Environmental Protection Agency gives it a filing grade. Finally, to sum up, for the health of your bank balance as well as for the health of the environment, don’t buy a Hummer.

King Faisal University

King Faisal University is my favorite university for four reasons. First of all, KFU has a good location for the students in Al Hassa city. For example, the surrounding in KFU is safe and quiet to facilitate studying. I studied at the university when I was a student there. Also, I like it for the location is close to my home and downtown. For example, I was walking almost ten minutes from my home to the university. Second, KFU has good professors. For example, they are very friendly, and they are highly qualified. For instance, all the professors have experience. Third, KFU has a lot of disciplines. For example, many students wish to study medicine at the university because it contains many advanced medical devices. In addition it is first university in the Middle East which contains specialized in veterinary medicine. Fourth, KFU has direct contact with several organizations to recruit the students after their graduation. For instance, they are periodically at the University of the Existence of job opportunities in some companies. Also, they make an annual meeting of the companies to present the different disciplines to be selected if appropriate for students to fill vacant posts. I got a job while I was a student. In short, I am glad for that because I got one of the graduates of King Faisal University

On the second shelf, there are old carrots, brown salami, hard green bread and soft lettuce. On the third shelf, I keep leftover pizza lies under a bowl of spaghetti and the spaghetti is three weeks old. The bottom drawer holds interesting combination of paper bags of food. The foods are from McDonald's, Taco Bell and Chinese Kitchen. Also a smelly and disgusting puddle covers the bottom. Finally, my roommate and I are different. We get along, and we do this very well.
